I went here for the first time yesterday and right from the start I noticed how bad the environment was because of how the workers would act and speak to the customers. I thought you are supposed to greet the customers with a smile and be respectful towards them? Maybe that is just how people are in batesburgs, it just really shock me because I never experienced such rude customer service. No wonder they have bad reviews. But one thing I will say is the pizza came out great!

Quick and easy service and nice and clean and nice attitude they help me out by caring out my pizza since I'm unable to due to using crutches due to had surgery on ankle.
